Shipping & Payments
Below are some common questions about shipping and payments.
Do you ship your products all over the world?
We ship our products all over Europe including the UK, Switzerland, Norway. Also to the USA and Canada. If you are not from these countries and are interested in our products, please contact us. We will reply to you immediately and send you the shipping cost.
What carrier are orders delivered by?
Our products are shipped via FedEx courier service for fast delivery worldwide. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link so you can see where your package is at any time.
Delivery within Europe usually takes a maximum of 4 working days, while delivery to the USA usually takes around 4 to 6 working days. We strive to make the whole process as fast and convenient as possible for our customers.
How do you package your products?
We really take care with the packaging. By flying our products all over the world and often over long distances - we want them to arrive safely to you.
The presses are packed in protective corners, bubble wrap and the box is filled with spacer material which prevents movement in the box. We pack other products in a similar way so that they have a secure layer and space in the box.
We strive to be environmentally friendly and practical in our packaging, so when ordering multiple items we prefer to pack them together in one box. This minimizes the amount of packing material and makes transportation and unpacking easier.
What should I do if I can't find my country in the delivery list?
Please contact us. We will get back to you with a solution. We will send you the shipping option and its price.
What payment methods do you accept?
American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, VISA
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes, all payments are secured with an encrypted connection and processed through certified payment gateways.
Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order. Our system sends this email as soon as the order is completed.
When will I receive a tracking link?
We automatically send the tracking information through our system as part of the shipment confirmation email. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a link to track your package.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has left our workshop, cancellation becomes difficult.

Do you offer wholesale cooperation?
Yes, we work with retailers, e-shops, and institutions. If you are interested in wholesale, please contact us.
Who can become your wholesale partner?
We offer wholesale terms only to registered entrepreneurs - VAT. Before starting cooperation we verify the authorization to do business.
Do you offer Reverse Charge shopping?
Yes, we issue VAT-free invoices for registered VAT payers within the EU under the reverse charge regime.
What is the reverse charge scheme?
If you are a VAT payer in another EU country, we can issue you an invoice without VAT. You then declare and pay the tax in your country according to local regulations. This is called reverse charge and is commonly used for business-to-business trade within the EU.
What is the minimum subscription?
Wholesale purchases can be made from 3pcs in an order. It does not matter what products you are buying.
